Fruity and spicy all at the same time. The perfect dish for a summer evening.
Fry coconut oil, chicken, garlic, onion, pepper and jerk seasoning until the chicken is cooked through and veg is soft.
Add pineapple and plum tomatoes and fry until coated in seasoning.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and cook for 10 mins. Serve with rice.
